Refund Policy

60-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging. While we prefer unused products, we understand that it takes time to see results – we accept returns even if the product has been lightly used, as long as it is at least half full.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping
For returns, please contact our support team to obtain the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
